Hall & Hall Engineers has been providing civil engineering and surveying services to cities, counties and developers throughout Iowa since 1953. Our "client-centered" philosophy comes directly from our founder, Merle Hall, a well-respected public works engineer who spent 29 years serving Iowa communities. Together with his son Don, who joined the firm in 1958, Merle Hall focused his efforts on providing quality services at a reasonable cost, while meeting the needs of the clients. Using the latest in technology and effective management practices, we strive to be as efficient as possible, so that we may pass the time and cost savings on to our clients.
The people who make up Hall & Hall are specialized professionals – registered professional engineers, licensed land surveyors, construction inspectors, landscape architects – to name a few. Many of our staff have been with Hall & Hall for over 10 years. This professionalism and longevity give us the ability to keep the same people involved in a project from its inception through design and to completion. This continuity gives each client more personal attention and allows us to really understand and satisfy our clients’ surveying and engineering needs.
