Our engineers are well-versed in land use planning and all the components of zoning and annexation. In addition to providing the general civil engineering needed at the site – i.e. the water and sewer systems, roads, and parking lots, Hall & Hall can assist clients with coordinating with the municipalities, the state regulatory agencies, and the utilities companies.
HHE offers Civil/Site design services relating to zoning analysis, concept plans, building and parking lot layouts, grading and drainage, utility design, well location, on-site wastewater disposal systems, construction details, and specifications. HHE works together with the client, the project Architect and our Landscape Architect to develop a functional design and site layout that achieves the client’s objectives for the project. We utilize state-of-the-art computer software for design of roadways, earthworks, and drainage and produce 100% of the design plans in AutoCAD.
